I was contacted about a month ago to help someone out with a "Hamilton" themed sleepover for her soon-to-be 10 year old. The thing was, she was in California. And so the idea was formed that I could offer party plan "spreadsheets" for people who are further away or who just need a push-start for their party. I spent a few days researching and came up with a detailed plan for her including games, food ideas, art activities and more. I included how to create the ideas for the party and around the cost it would take. The entire time I kept in contact with her, answered questions, made sure I knew exactly what she was looking for and put together an easy-to-follow party plan. Pictured below are some of the ideas I gave her put into action. They played a game like musical chairs called "Musical Colonies" where they walked around on stars with the names of the 13 colonies on them to Hamilton music and when the music stopped, one of the colonies was called out and those standing on that colony were out.
I sent her food ideas and she used some which are pictured on her menu in the middle. Then, they also did a photo booth which I sent ideas for and that is a cheap and easy way to have fun at a party. Not pictured is the "Escape the room it happened" game, because those were videos but it's like an escape room game where they had to solve clues or questions to open a box full of prizes. That one looked really fun! If you are not local or just want some help with the party plans and you want to put the plan into action, I can create a custom party plan "spreadsheet" for you. All I ask is that you write a review and let me share about the party on my website (I don't have to use pictures of people's faces). The cost ranges from $30-$50, depending on what you want. Just reach out to me and let me know what you are looking for. Please give me 5 days to put the plan together and send it out to you. I would love to help you plan your next party!
